Shipping
Will
you ship to a different address other than my billing address?
Yes, we will ship to an address
other than your billing address. However, we require additional information
such as a telephone number where we can contact you (the same one that
your credit card company has on record) and your email address (required
anyway). It's also a judgment call on our part and we reserve the right
to refuse any order.
Do
you ship partial orders?
We will not ship partial orders
unless we confirm with you first, so we can adjust the payment accordingly.
Domestic Shipping:

U.S. (continuous 48 states)
For Continental U.S. customers
we ship with the United Parcel Service (UPS).
UPS delivers Monday through
Friday.
UPS Ground (4 -8 business
days) - $7.50 First Item + $.50 Each Additional Item.
UPS 3 Day Select - $18.00 First Item + $1.00 Each Additional Item.
Shipments to P.O. Box addresses
will be made with:
USPS Airmail Parcel Post (4-10
days) - $7.50 First Item + $.50 Each Additional Item.
Alaska
and Hawaii
For Alaska and Hawaii customers
we ship with the United States Postal Service.
USPS delivers Monday through
Saturday (except on holidays).

International Shipping: Not available at this time.
Processing
Time:
US Domestic orders received
between Monday and Friday to be shipped in the Continental U.S. with
United Parcel Service are usually processed the same day or by the end
of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually
processed by Monday or by the close of business day Tuesday.
International orders and all other orders to be shipped with the United
States Postal Service will be processed in 3-4 days

Returns
Our
return policy is subject to the following conditions:
We will accept returns of
unused, unopened, sealed merchandise in resalable condition, for store
credit or refund within 14 business days of receipt. Unfortunately,
once you open an item, even if you don't like it, we can't take it back!
You may return or exchange
the item within 14 days after you received the product. Do not open
the item. It must be in resalable condition in order to receive a full
refund. Contact Us
to receive an authorization number for the items you wish to return
or exchange.
Please note that we cannot
issue a refund for items returned without an authorization number. If
you have any questions about returning or exchanging merchandise, please
Contact Us. Include
the packing slip and write the authorization number with your return
on outside the box, and wrap the package securely. For your protection,
we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured US Postal when returning
goods.
Any claims for damaged items
or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be
submitted to us within 24-48 hours after you received the order. Defective
products will be replaced with the same item purchased.
If we made a mistake on your
order and shipped the wrong items, we do sincerely apologize. Please

If you receive an item that's
damaged, we do sincerely apologize. Please keep the damaged item and
the original packaging material and Contact
Us immediately.
Do not return your item(s)
without a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA)!
