Signed Lalique perfume bottle with double dove bird stopper. Made for Nina Ricci signature fragrance, L'Air du Temps, France, 1950's. Mint with original perfume. Measures 4 inches high. Clear twisted glass bottle - very elegant. Narrows at the neck to form a perch for a pair of beautiful frosted glass kissing doves to alight on. Wings outstretched. Beautiful, graceful and romantic design with fine detail. The birds form the top of the stopper, which is still sealed closed. The original perfume can clearly be seen in the photos. Underneath has etched marks for Nina Ricci and Lalique, both difficult to read without a magnifying glass.

How to maximize the effect of L'air Du Temps Bird fragrance on your body.
Consider layering L'air Du Temps Bird - use all the same fragrance in various products. Begin with shower or bath gel and then rub in body lotion or spray with a matching after bath spray. Finally apply L'air Du Temps Bird preferably as Perfume or Eau de Perfume.
Apply the L'air Du Temps Bird on body points such as the inside of your elbow, back of your knees, wrist, neck and cleavage where the perfume stays warmer longer. Spraying a little into the air is also good if you walk straight into it. This helps to diffuse it over your body. Apply L'air Du Temps Bird starting on your lower body working your way up to the top.

What is the difference between L'air Du Temps Bird Perfume - Eau de Perfume - Eau de Toilette - Eau de Cologne?
     Perfume is composed of natural or synthetic fragrant oil extracts diluted in water and high-grade alcohol. The differences are simply a matter of the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance. The higher the concentration of oils the longer the fragrance will last. Most designer houses like Nina Ricci produce the whole spectrum of fragrances.
     Eau de Cologne with just 4% essential oils and Eau de Toilette with 8% to 15% oils are the least concentrated and last about 2 hours.
     Eau de Perfume (Parfum) with 15 to 22% essential oils lasts about 3-5 hours.
     Perfume or Parfum Classic is highly concentrated to 22% of essential oils and lasts 6 hours or more.

What are Testers?
Testers are the real thing - the original fragrance but without the retail packaging. Some testers may come packaged in a plain white or brown box and with or without a cap. Some testers may have "Tester" or "Demonstration" written on the bottle, and are mostly used in retail stores to support clients in the shopping process.

What are minis?
